Photos you upload

Photos you submit for identification are sent to our AI processing provider solely to generate a result and are not used to personally identify you. We do not sell your photos. Avoid uploading images that contain sensitive personal information.

Information we collect

We collect basic usage analytics, and — if you subscribe — billing details processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). If you request snake removal, we collect the contact details you provide in order to match you with a local professional partner.
