Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile image so we can create and manage your account.
• Photos you upload. Images are processed by our AI to generate an identification and are not stored on our servers after your result is delivered.
• Subscription information. If you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details; we store only your subscription status and billing dates — never your full card number.
• Usage data. We collect anonymized, aggregated usage events (such as which identifiers are used) to understand and improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, send account-related email, and keep the Service secure and free of abuse.

Service Providers

We share limited information only with the providers that run core functions of the Service: sign-in (Google, Apple), payment processing (Stripe), data storage (Supabase), and transactional email (Resend). We do not sell your personal information.

Photos & Privacy

Uploaded photos are processed for identification and then deleted from our servers. We do not use your photos for advertising or share them with third parties.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from your account page. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data, including your profile and identification history, and cancel any active subscription. We may retain limited information for legal, security, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, and to comply with our obligations, as permitted by applicable law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account yourself from the account page, or contact us to make a request.
